The situation:
An industry-leading design house specializing in retail displays had just acquired a new customer from a competitor and needed to roll out a large new program in a very short time frame. They approached us and explained the challenges they faced and asked if we could help.
Action:
Our team quickly assessed the opportunity and provided a quote for the many fixtures our customer would require. Custom tooling was ordered and pre-production samples were built. The customer came to our factory to provide the approvals to save time.
Production commenced shortly after the approvals and proceeded for 6 weeks to complete and ship the entire order amounting to nearly 30 45-foot ocean containers, on-time.
Summary:
We have retained this particular end retailer for 10+ years and have grown the portfolio substantially from this initial project. We now provide a wide range of retail display fixtures to other customers of this design house.
